A free initial site visit is carried out for all services provided to enable the feasibility of a proposed scheme to be considered, advice offered on the various forms of consents involved, discussions on cost implications and to allow a fixed price quotation to be prepared.  PMG have a comprehensive professional indemnity insurance policy for added peace of mind, and references are available on request.

Architectural Plan Drawing
The preparation of architectural plans, details, documentation and specifications (including Design & Access Statements) for all types of building works, for consideration under the Town & Country Planning Acts and Building Regulations.  As part of this service PMG will act as your agent through the approval process.

Listed Building Consent
The preparation of architectural plans, details and specifications for works to Listed Buildings and buildings within Conservation Areas.

Structural Calculations
The preparation of structural calculations and details for consideration under the Building Regulations.  PMG have developed close working relationships with a number of structural engineers for work on more complex structural designs.

Measured Surveys
Carrying out measured surveys for the purposes of preparing existing floor plans and details.  These plans can be prepared to various scales and the plans can be tailored to suit the needs of Lease Drawings for Land Registry purposes and Licensing Drawings for licensed premises.

Supervision of Building Works
The supervision of building works to ensure that the construction is being carried out in accordance with the Building Regulations, the Planning Approval, and to the clients specification.

Feasibility Studies
The preparation of initial design details/sketches to enable developers to consider the viability of a potential scheme.  Pre-consultation carried out with local authorities to consider the suitability of a proposed scheme.

Disabled Access Advice
Provision of Access Statements, and the preparation of designs and details to demonstrate compliance under Part M (Disabled Access/Provisions) of the Building Regulations.  The provision of advice in relation to Disability Discrimination Act.
